Refund Policy

We thank you for being a valued customer and truly believe you'll love our products and your satisfaction is our highest priority. However, we understand that unfortunate circumstances may cause an unsatisfactory experience with our products or services. For those instances, here's our returns and refunds policy.

Due to the nature of soap products, and for safety and contamination concerns, returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if your order has not already been shipped. If you require a refund or exchange prior to shipping, please contact me as soon as possible at dania@wishfulriversoapery.com and we'll be more than happy to assist you. 

We make every effort to ensure that goods are well and properly packaged. However, if you receive them in a damaged state you will be refunded or allowed to exchange and fund will go back only to the same card used for your paid transaction. 

Furthermore, if the order has a mistake on our behalf, please contact us so we can correct the mistake. We will either ship the correct product to you within 1-3 days or refund you.
